Our refund process is simple.
To submit a refund request, please provide the following information:
A scanned copy of your certification exam registration or enrollment confirmation.
A scanned copy of your official exam score report.
Your order number.
Your full name and payment method used.

Once your request has been reviewed, we may either issue a full refund
or recommend an updated product that can better help you pass your exam.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Payment Refund Policy
To protect genuine customers and prevent misuse of our guarantee,
the following conditions must be met:
You must have studied our materials for at least 7 days before taking the exam.
The exam must have been attempted and not missed for personal reasons.
The failure must be related to an issue in the product provided by us.
The product must have been purchased within the last 90 days.
The guarantee does not apply to non-proctored online exams.
The guarantee does not apply to selected exams including Avaya, CISSP, PMI, HPE, Riverbed, SAP, and SSCP.
Refunds are not available for retired certification exams.
Refunds are only available for products purchased at full price.
Discounted or promotional products are not eligible.
